Importance of ball bearing in the machinery world

We are living in an era of technology. We depend on machines for every single minute. We cannot proceed without a mechanical device now in present days. Machines help us to do our works in a faster way without too many efforts. Machines help to save our energy and that is why we can divert our energy to do some creative works. From kitchen to bedroom or from offices to big or small industry, everywhere we can feel the importance of machinery goods without any doubts in our minds. It can be said very easily that human beings are totally dependable on machines and technology to live the better life in this twenty first century.
Usage of this kind of bearing
Ball bearings are an important component of a machine; it may be big size machine, small size machine or medium size machine. It is an essential part of big or tiny motors to various kinds of cars. It can be too small to fit inside a wristwatch. It is used in a wide range of machines such as electric fans, hard disc drives and lots more. It is used in various household machine objects. This are-
·         Motor cycles,
·         Hand blenders,
·         Microwaves,
·         Air conditioners,
·         Mixture juicer grinders
·         CD and DVD players,
·         Toothbrushes,
·         Washing machines ,
·         Water pumps machines,
·         Door openers of garages,
·         Cameras,
·         Handy cams
·         Guitars,
·         Fans,
·         Aquarium pumps and aerators,
·         Bicycles and so on.
Even in engineering and mechanical engineering, aerospace applications, it is used in a wide range.
Significance of this baring
This bearing is widely used in various types of apparatuses and machines to diminish friction, to lessen the damage of machinery parts from wear and tear. And it is also mitigate the risk and chance of car part or motor part replacement and it is economical for car or machine users.
Components of this bearing as well as history of this bearing
Ball bearing is made of with four important parts. These are – big or surface ring, a small or innermost ring, steel balls between the surface and innermost ring, and an enclosure to protect the steel balls from striking between each other. This particular bearing had been invented by Leonardo da Vinci to decrease the abrasion against the pivots of the horse dawn carts long back 1500 years. But now this bearing can be found with the similar pattern for use in different machinery devices. It is mainly made of steel. The material can be chrome steel or the stainless steel. It should be notified that only the rings and balls of bearing are made of steel.
